CortexaCore brings neural intelligence to Gulf security
CortexaCore is expanding its Gulf presence with a platform that combines neuroscience, behavioral science and AI to analyze how people respond to security-related content, communications and assessment scenarios.
Based in Abu Dhabi and Denmark, the company calls the technology Neural Behavioural Intelligence, or NBI. The platform measures responses including attention, cognitive demand, emotional engagement, acceptance and resistance, with applications ranging from public-safety communications to specialist security screening.
From disinformation to security screening
One Gulf public-safety project examined responses to AI-generated social media content linked to large gatherings that caused disruption and pressure on public services. CortexaCore analyzed what made fabricated content compelling and which elements encouraged audiences to accept it.
The resulting behavioral profiles can support the development of AI-enabled counter-influencer communications designed to challenge fabricated claims and direct audiences toward accurate public information.
CortexaCore applies neural behavioral analysis to disinformation, criminal-intent assessment and specialist security screening.
The company is also developing applications for criminal intentions analysis in national-security environments. Its stated priorities include insider risk and counter-intelligence, alongside involvement in larger border and immigration projects.
Adding the human-response layer
CortexaCore positions NBI as an additional intelligence layer focused on human response. While conventional methods can show reported opinions, choices or where attention is directed, the platform is designed to track how responses change over time.
Measures include attention, cognitive load, emotional salience, acceptance and resistance. Outputs can include time-coded response curves, gaze paths, heat maps and cohort comparisons linked to the content, task or interaction being assessed.
The platform is already in commercial use. Deployment combines non-invasive measurement, secure processing and specialist analysis, with results presented through reports and dashboards for the teams responsible for acting on them.
Beyond security and public safety, CortexaCore applies the same core technology across communications, commercial research, healthcare, education and other sectors. Its Gulf projects include AI-generated disinformation, criminal intentions analysis, border security and other public-safety and specialist security applications.
