Horizon3 names Keith Poyser GM for EMEA expansion

Horizon3 has promoted Keith Poyser to General Manager, EMEA, following regional revenue growth of more than 260% in the last fiscal year. He will lead the company’s next phase of expansion across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The official announcement follows the opening of Horizon3’s EMEA headquarters in Amsterdam. Poyser previously served as Vice President, EMEA.

Since joining Horizon3 in September 2024, Poyser has expanded the regional team from eight to more than 110 employees. He has also established a regional leadership team to support further growth.

Expanding autonomous security testing

Horizon3’s regional expansion aims to bring its NodeZero autonomous security testing platform to more organizations across EMEA.

NodeZero helps security teams identify exploitable attack paths and understand what attackers could accomplish in their environments.

The platform also verifies whether remediation efforts have closed those paths. This allows IT and security teams to focus resources on demonstrated risks.

AI enabled attackers are moving faster, and our customers need to prove their defences can hold up as their environments change.

– Keith Poyser, General Manager, EMEA, Horizon3

Poyser emphasized the importance of routinely identifying exploitable weaknesses, fixing them and verifying the results. He also highlighted the role of regional teams and partner relationships in supporting customers.

Building on regional growth

Horizon3 reported more than 260% revenue growth across EMEA during its last fiscal year. Snehal Antani, CEO and co-founder of Horizon3, credited Poyser with building the regional team and leadership structure.

Poyser brings more than 20 years of experience in technology business development and regional expansion. His previous leadership roles include positions at SentinelOne, Palo Alto Networks and IBM. In his new role, Poyser will focus on expanding Horizon3’s regional reach while maintaining its emphasis on customer outcomes.
